TYPES OF CLASSES:
-
This class emphasizes functional fitness without any cardio or high impact movements (no burpees here). You can expect exercises to promote mobility, stability and strength of the lower body, upper body and core. This class uses an array of tools, including but not limited to kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, bodyweight and more.
-
This class combines both strength and conditioning elements and no two classes are ever the same. Class may include usage of kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, BOSU, TRX, steps, medicine balls, power bags and water rowers.
-
This mat class is a fusion between bodyweight movements inspired by the foundations of pilates and yoga, combined with strength training intervals that lead you feeling powerful and invigorated. We begin with a mobility warm up, and flow into bodyweight balance postures and then lead into the apex of our strength training and light cardio on the mat. We close with dedicated core work that flows into complete relaxation, restoration and a final meditation on the mat.
-
This total body class features our Water Rowers. You can expect to rotate between your rower and exercises that strengthen your core muscles off the rower using an array of tools, including but not limited to kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, bodyweight and more.
