We invite you to LISTEN to your body’s needs and boundaries as we INTEGRATE what our inner wisdom communicates in order to drop-in and engage fully with a total-body sensory experience and sound therapy. GENERATE power and energy through the class and re-generate as needed with recovery to our physical body. NOURISH the physical, mental and energetic body with a heart-centered cool down.
The ALIGN Method involves a holistic wellness experience that weaves in mindfulness and intentional music with strengthening and empowering physical activity. Whether on the bike or on the mat, the fundamental inspiration for movement is love of self and desire for energetic harmony.
ALIGN was birthed following deep spiritual exploration, contemplation and energy work. The ALIGN Method provides a framework for all movement disciplines, with particular attention to high intensity modalities, to include intentional grounding practices and intentional high intensity movement to stimulate the physical body and physiological responses.
