  2. When I’m not at ALIGN:  I'm the Social Media Manager at Ursa Major Skincare and working as an online personal trainer in a 1-on-1 capacity (online coaching is "Arka Active Club")

  3. Favorite drill or exercise?  I love a kettlebell snatch and yes, I'm a weirdo, and also love Bulgarian split squats! 

  4. My musical vibe is: A little bit of everything! It's very mood-dependent but if we're talking about a musical vibe for a workout, it's a bit of dance/electronic, hip-hop remixes, pop, and country remixes, maybe with a little added spice from some early 2000s bangers. 

  5. Favorite post-class meal: How to choose just one?! During the summer months, I'm a big protein smoothie girl. But my tried and true post-workout meal is avocado/cottage cheese toast with a fried egg or two and a drizzle of hot honey. A big, big cup of coffee.

  6. What inspires me: Be here, right now.

    This is something I've found myself saying over the years, not only in group classes but also to myself in various pursuits. It's a reminder to be in the present, not the past, not the future. To truly take hold and make the most of each moment that you're given. When I relate this to training, it can be so easy to think about the next set or even the next exercise and this quote serves as the reminder to pause and focus on where you are now.
